Bloom Where You Are Planted

Hello, Smiling Faces! We are hours away from October! Bloom where you are planted!Throughout life, you will endure seasons of change. I don't mean the seasons of Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall, but seasons of hardships, disappointments, good times, bad times, life and death.Just like the seasons change with the weather; seasons of our lives come and go. They are filled with life changing moments. I've endured seasons of life, where I felt nothing was working. I had to let go and bloom where I was planted. We can make all the plans, but God’s path is perfect. I am truly experiencing this and honestly, it’s challenging, but embracing each moment. It’s like a whollleeee new path of opportunities, challenges and new endeavors, I couldn’t have imagined. Career life is blossoming and challenging....so is my business life, but balancing life with family and personal obligations are keeping me grounded.  In August, I started Life Leadership through my local church, which is a year long leadership program, I am committed to completing. The stretching, I feel it, but God’s timing is perfect. All of these seasons are necessary for my growth. Necessary for life lessons, new opportunities, a test with a testimony. Timing is everything. Your timing is not God's timing. With the seasons of change; expect to grow, lose a few friends, be talked about, hated, liked and ignored, but it is all part of the process. Don't change who you are to fit in with the crowd. God will set you apart when it is time for his business to be done. He has a mission and a vision for you to carry out. We all were born with a purpose and a vision. There will be new beginnings and heartfelt endings. Let GO and Let God.Here are a couple of suggestions to handling the season you are in:

  • Embrace Your Season. It is essential that you embrace the season you are in. It is necessary for your future. Whether it is challenging or wonderful, there is a lesson to be learned. There is a "message" in the "meantime" of life. Embrace it and learn from it, enjoy it and praise it. Every season is ordained by God. For everything, there is a reason and a season. A season of ball games, childhood, adulthood and parenthood.
  • Endure Your Season. Don't Give Up. Get a vision of life while embracing your season. Endurance is the key. It’s courage being deposited over and over again. Hard times and good times, those opportunities to endure the process. The most meaningful season in our lives can not be given a day or time stamp. Seasons of plenty and seasons of despair. God will give you direction for your life.

Find joy and inspiration in your life. Inspiration brings hope and desire, which also bring positivity.Always SMILE...Sherill
