Happy May! Are we truly in May!? The months are moving swiftly and the anxiety of calculating what we have not accomplished may creep in. DO NOT allow the negative energy to invade your space. Maintaining positivity is a daily challenge that requires focus and attention. It’s not always easy to stay positive. Learning and practicing the power of positivity, helps fuel happy thoughts. It is a learned behavior. You must be intentional about staying positive.

There will be moments of hardships, difficult days, and trials that will cause your energy level to take a downward slope. I’ve been there. You will experience moments where you want to give up, stop trying, or struggle to put on a happy face. By all means, take the time and space you need to go through the process of healing or rebuilding, but do not allow it to consume your progression in life. It is possible to regain the strength you need to stay positive.

Do you sometimes wonder how to be positive in your thoughts? Although, it may be very simple, most people don’t know how to be positive. They prefer to stay negative, because it is a more familiar state of mind. It has so much to do with changing your attitude and mindset. If you keep thinking the same negative thoughts day after day, it will soon manifest in your world.

Have you ever been around someone and they are always negative? It’s draining. Let me help you out…stay away!  Surely, there is one thing to be positive about. It is your mind that creates the kind of life you want to live. If you think positively, you will begin to transform your life, thoughts, and attitude accordingly. Make things happen.

A positive attitude will lead you to positive outcomes. Surround yourself with happy people; those that support you and offer encouragment. Add value and positivity to those around you. Nourish healthy relationships. Write down and repeat positive affirmations daily, starting with I Will…

Focus your mind on positivity and look for the good in every situation.

    Thanks so much for sharing! It is truly a reminder to us that being positive is medicine to our body. When you think negative it makes you sick. Your body is in disarray. Life is so short so if we try to see the good in each other we all will experience the goodness that God intended for us each of us.
