Denim Style

Hello, Smiling Faces!

Hope you are having great week thus far! The finale to the Spring Trends conclude with denim! I truly enjoyed collaborating with several Memphis Bloggers here for the March Spring Series and in recent posts. One thing for sure, fashion is how you see it. We had a wonderful time capturing the scenery at Dixon Gallery & Gardens in Memphis, TN.  What beautiful, colorful blooms! The garden was a walking breath of fresh air! Oh yes, I will be returning for sure.

How many of you love denim? Denim can be worn in many different styles. Denim will always and forever be a part of our wardrobe, no matter how you style it. These days, denim is paired with heels, flats, booties, and everything in between.

For this week’s trend here, I chose High-Rise, Dark Wash, Ripped Jeggings. Now, these are perfect day and night from season to season.  It’s nothing like buying denim that doesn’t fit right? I paired it with a denim shirt and cuffed my sleeves; allowing for a chick, classy look. Denim on denim can be styled in many different ways. Don’t settle for the basic look, jazz it up! We all know it’s all about the accessories, right?! Here, I chose a brown/gold tone belt and distressed brownish/mauve pumps to add a little flavor to my outfit. My additional accessories include; copper, dangle earrings and a wood cuff bracelet.

Jeans: Target | Shirt: Marshalls | Shoes: Jessica Simpson (Sugar Plum Consignments) | Earrings: Stein Mart | Rings: Birthstone Ring & Gold Ring | Necklace: Kendra Scott | Cuff Bracelet: Tory Burch | Belt: Macy’s (Old)
