Hello, Smiling Faces!
Happy March!! Hopefully, we can adjust to Spring Fever…maybe? Do you feel inspired? Who are you inspiring? If you answered no to any of those questions, I am here to drop a “cool” bomb on you. You Are An Inspiration! How do you want to live your life? For me, I want to LIVE my life inspiring and empowering others. I want to live my life in way, that will encourage the next person to be inspired. We all have a story and a message that can inspire others to a live a thriving, fulfilling life.
One of the best ways to inspire and empower others, is to live a life of authenticity in your own life. You can be an inspiration in your daily walk, by cultivating an atmosphere in being honest and transparent. It’s so easy to not be vulnerable to our own challenges and setbacks; however, this provides an avenue for you to inspire others on your journey in life.
How can you be an inspiration? Truth be told, we often discount our talents and abilities in assuming we are not fit to be an inspiration. Being an inspiration, means being the force or influence that inspires someone to do something or to feel a certain way. I enjoy being that positive force…with a SMILE! I am thankful and grateful for the challenges experienced to grow in my walk of faith. I am grateful for my own personal story and experiences that empowered me to influence people. The tragic murder of of my younger brother, at such a young age, pushed me to live out my purpose and dreams…in full gear. Life is so short. We only get one chance to make it the best we can. To be alive, is to live a life full of passion and on purpose. We all have a story and I am inspired by those around me. We can learn powerful lessons from those who inspire us.
We often rise to the occasion, when there is accountability around us, believing we can achieve. There is nothing like “Girl Power” in encouraging and motivating those around you. Some people “talk the talk” but may not be living out what they are saying. Authenticity is key. Life isn’t solely about what you achieve, but how you inspire others to achieve. I often hear that hurt people, hurt people – but should we be hearing more of inspiring people, inspire people? Those who inspire others use their utmost potential and minimize wasted efforts. You should want to inspire others to utilize their greatest tool, themselves.
Here are a few ways to inspire others:
- Focus on building healthy relationships. Not everyone is meant to walk on this journey with you. Embrace those friendships and relationships that bring out the best in you. Be encouraging to those around you.
- Be true to who you are. Embrace who you are. Be the best that you can be.
- Excel at what you do. Do not apologize for your talents, gift, or purpose. Live Out Loud!
- Be confident. Remain humble.
- Share with others. Share your story. Someone is waiting to be encouraged and inspired.
You are equipped and empowered to be an inspiration. When you do more, you become more. Go forth and inspire others!
