Happy Valentine’s Day!! If you are new to following my blog, I am dedicating the month of February, to “Self-Love” in loving yourself, first. You can read all about Idea #1 and Idea #2 in the previous posts. This week, Idea #3 is Pamper Yourself! Yessss!
Who loves a Spa Day?? A relaxing massage, refreshing facial, or manicure/pedicure combo is just what the doctor ordered! This is by far, one of my most treasured “Me Time” moments! It’s nothing like being pampered from head to toe. If you are not investing in your overall mind, body, and spirit, I suggest you get to moving now and make an appointment! A great massage can reduce stress, pain, muscle tension, and ohhh… relaxation! Trust me, you will feel wonderful!
I highly recommend Gould’s Salon Spa, as they offer spa packages or individual services to fit your needs. My favorite package is the “Spa Day of Beauty” where I often alternate between the massage and facial….and it also comes with a small lunch. Yes, I am a regular! I often try to pamper myself once a month. If you are new to massages or facials, inquire on what may be best for you. There are a variety of massages and facials to fit your budget and needs. Now, the journaling addict in me, cannot leave out an inspirational journal to accompany my day. This is the best “Pamper Me” combo treat!
It’s Valentine’s Day! What a perfect day to truly pamper yourself with a few treats! After all, you deserve it! Holidays should not be the only day to take advantage of pampering yourself. Make it a priority! Take some time and take care of YOU! LIVE IN THE MOMENT!
