Are you taking charge of your life? Are you procrastinating on living life on purpose? Get out of your way and take action NOW! Are you allowing fear to suck your days away? Start with small changes that you know you have been sleeping on. Take some time and learn you.
For me, this was key to knowing my strengths and weaknesses. I recently took action and committed to a 12-week Nutritional Challenge, to effectively lose weight while maintaining good, healthy eating habits. Although, I was exercising, I wasn’t doing great in the healthy eating department and needed accountability. Now, I am committed and so far so good.
In the hustle and bustle of life, it is so easy to get caught up in doing less for you. Get in a quiet place and be true to you. The good and the bad. You must take action on your dreams and goals. Look at areas where you need improvement. Look beyond yourself and realize you actions can help others.
The days are not getting shorter and the months are sweeping by. A year from now, you do not want to be in the same place. If you do not take action, you will regret it. Stop worrying about if you are ready enough or good enough. Taking massive action in your life is the only way to achieve your goals.
Below are a few tips to get started:
1. Make a list of what you are avoiding and the reasons why.
2. Let go of YOUR expectations. Opportunities may be at your fingertips.
