Wednesday Motivation For Women!

Happy Hump Day Wednesday!

While meditating this morning; women of all races, ethnicity backgrounds and religions remained on my heart. Whether you are single, divorced, widowed or married you are STRONG! Don’t be shaken, my bitterness, jealousy, challenges or setbacks.  You are POWERFUL!

DO NOT compare yourself to the next woman. Her struggles, defeats, setbacks, challenges you may not know,  but we all can support one another in success, well wishes, prayers and wisdom.

Women Supporting Women!! Surround yourself with positive women. Be encouraging. If you see someone that could be a great role model and mentor to your life, approach them.  I did and it’s been the greatest reward  to see my life move forward and have positive voices in my ear.

As women, we wear many hats on a daily basis. Take some time and enjoy YOU! A short run, dining alone (it’s therapeutic), read a short book or simply take a day off and do nothing. Over the next couple of days, I will be off, but my finishing project for my book is due by this weekend. Yay!!!!  November is fast approaching!!! However, I will be visiting the spa this afternoon to relax and enjoy.

Take care of YOU!  THANK YOU for your support to my business and my blog!

Always SMILE…

That is my prayer; always be a positive friend to others…I’ve learned over the last few years that positive energy is what’s needed to maintain great relationships. Whether it’s at work, home, or among friends! No one wants to be around someone always negative…Also, taking care of ourselves. Someone asked me why I go to the hair & nail salon so much. I told them I must take care of myself too. We as women and especially those that are mothers spend so much time taking care of others that we forget about ourselves!! Sherill again, you’ve hit the nail on the head!! Keep living and inspiring others!

Such encouraging words. As women we have to take care of us. Most of the times it’s the little things that gives us the most pleasure. Lift another woman up today. It can be as little as a compliment. Thanks for those words for today and always. Mom
