What Are You Thankful For?

It’s Thankful Thursday! Well, some may say “Throwback Thursday” with a fun spin to it. For me, I started saying “Thankful Thursday” as a result of my brother being murdered in 2013. That Thursday, hours before he was murdered; we had the most enjoyable, laughable conversation. He always found a way to create humor in such a touching way. That day he was full of joy!

If you notice on my social media posts or notice me in pictures, I always reference SMILE. I LOVE to SMILE, as that is a trademark for my family that runs deep. Charlie Jr. had the biggest SMILE ever and I will never forget the joy he brought to our family.

So what are you thankful for? I’m sure you can think of five things you are thankful for. As you wind down another day, with errands to run, dinner to prepare; think about what you are most thankful for. For me, first and foremost it’s LIFE. Without God allowing me to breathe a breath of life – from day to day, I could not be the wife, mother, daughter, sister, niece, aunt, friend, co-worker or be able to share this blog with you.

Always SMILE….

I am thankful for this day that the Lord gave me to get it right – to love family and friends, to speak words of wisdom to people I encounter, and to put a SMILE on those who are down faces. 😄 I love your post!
